On January 31, a Spring Festival Gala themed "Purple Forest Night" was brilliantly performed in Qingxu County, Shanxi Province, known as the "Vinegar Capital" of China. The gala, set against the backdrop of the Vinegar Capital's culture, invited many famous artists from the province and across the country to perform.

The 4th International Acetobacter Conference, World Famous Vinegar Exposition, and China Vinegar Strategic Development Symposium, hosted by the China Condiment Association and Huazhong Agricultural University, and undertaken by Shanxi Lao Chencu Group and "Agricultural Product Processing" magazine, with the co-organization of Shanxi Zilin Vinegar Co., Ltd., Shanxi Shuita Lao Chencu Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Ninghuafu Yiyuangqing Vinegar Co., Ltd., and Shanxi Liangfen Vinegar Co., Ltd., was held at the Jinci State Guesthouse on September 16, 2015.
