Qingke is rich in active substances, with the highest content of ferulic acid, accounting for about 68% of the total phenolic content; the highest extraction rate of total flavonoids can reach 3.71%; it contains abundant β-glucan, which can effectively lower serum cholesterol and postprandial serum glucose levels, and also effectively lower low-density lipoprotein levels.

Tibetan people use Qingke to brew Qingke wine and grind it into Tsampa. Today, under the impetus of modern technology, Qingke is not only used to brew sweet and refreshing beer, but also processed into oatmeal. Currently, the main uses of Qingke processing are Qingke wine, animal feed, and grain processing products. Our company's innovative product, Qingke vinegar, has been successfully developed and will be launched soon.
