On January 19, 2020, our company's 2019 annual summary commendation and New Year's corporate annual meeting was successfully held. The annual meeting selected and commended advanced individuals, collectives, safety production departments, outstanding managers, and innovation technology award winners for 2019. Mr. Luo Jianchun, Chairman of our company, delivered the annual work report at the meeting.

 

 

In the past year, all Zilin people have diligently pursued the Zilin dream, remaining true to our original aspirations and making the most of our time, leaving behind a trail of achievements.

In 2019, we always kept in mind the nine-character maxim of "preventing risks, eliminating hidden dangers, and curbing accidents." We adhered to the principles of safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management, continuously promoting safety production control work, promoting and implementing safety production responsibility systems, deepening special safety production governance work, strengthening safety risk investigation and hazard rectification, and strengthening safety production inspections and publicity and education training. The goal is to ensure that every member of our company can work safely and return home safely. This year, safety production work has been comprehensively strengthened, and the safety production situation has further stabilized and improved. In terms of production, the company has always adhered to the corporate development philosophy of "one group of people, a lifetime, one thing," remaining true to our original aspirations and sticking to our core business. After 20 years of sustained and healthy development, the company's production and operation have steadily grown, with excellent performance in various indicators, and annual sales volume has remained the highest in the province's vinegar industry. Such good results are primarily due to the hard work of our colleagues in various departments who have worked tirelessly on the front lines!

 

 

In 2019, we continued to promote technological innovation, deepened the work of the enterprise technology center system, further improved the technological innovation incentive mechanism, rapidly strengthened R&D momentum, and fully released innovation vitality. We gathered the wisdom of experts, strengthened scientific planning, focused on strengthening the cultivation of R&D teams, implemented talent support projects, and launched a series of innovation and pioneering awards, providing a platform for the growth and development of R&D personnel. We completed the application for 6 invention patents, authorized 2 invention patents, applied for 5 utility model patents, authorized 2 utility model patents, and submitted 7 papers to journals such as China Brewing and Food Science and Technology, greatly enhancing the company's innovative position in the domestic industry.

 

 

While striving for excellent results, the company has not forgotten to give back to society. Not only has it been the top taxpayer in the province's vinegar industry for consecutive years, but it has also exclusively sponsored the Qingxu County Gongs and Drums Competition, held the Cudu Lantern Festival, and sponsored the "Second Youth Games," contributing to the successful holding of the National Youth Games.

The company pays five insurances and one fund for each employee, achieving harmonious labor relations where employees are cared for in old age, receive medical treatment when sick, have housing security, and receive compensation for accidents, making employees feel more fulfilled and secure.

In terms of environmental protection, since the establishment of our company, we have followed the principle of environmental protection first in the implementation of environmental protection work, strictly implemented environmental protection policies and laws and regulations at all levels, and implemented the environmental protection tasks assigned by the environmental protection department. In 2019, we completed the transformation of low-nitrogen gas boilers and completed the application for pollutant discharge permits from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment. Leading a new trend of healthy and fashionable life and establishing a new benchmark for normative industry development are our most sacred responsibilities and missions. We will actively contribute to the goal of sustainable ecological development where "green mountains and green waters are golden mountains and silver mountains."

In 2020, we will closely focus on the company's vision of empowering employees and strengthening the enterprise, taking safety production as the foundation, innovative management as a prerequisite, quality management as a lever, sales market as the leader, and reducing consumption and increasing efficiency as the goal, striving to achieve a new level in production value and sales volume, and a new level in management.

 

 

In addition to the awards ceremony at the corporate annual meeting, a special arts performance was arranged, allowing Zilin family members to celebrate together and move towards their life ideals.
