Themed "Unity, Struggle, Rise," the meeting commended outstanding individuals and collectives who contributed to Zilin's achievements in 2018. Themed "Unity, Struggle, Rise," the meeting commended the outstanding individuals and collectives who contributed to Zilin's achievements in 2018. In 2018, we had a fulfilling and determined year. We overcame various challenges, promoting high-quality development and sustained economic growth. With the strong support of governments at all levels and all sectors of society, especially the concerted efforts of the entire Zilin family, embracing the great Zilin dream, we coordinated, grasped, and implemented various key growth areas in the company's operations, successfully completing the year's tasks. We practiced the company's pledge of "one group of people, one lifetime, one cause," actively exploring new management models and development concepts, accelerating the company's comprehensive and standardized development process, and consolidating our leading position in the vinegar market (ranking in the Chinese condiment industry, vinegar sales ranked among the top two in the country). Last year, each department, though different, worked together for the realization of the Zilin dream.

The meeting commended and rewarded outstanding individuals, collectives, and safety production departments of 2018, awarding over 300,000 yuan in bonuses. These commended model workers and collectives are role models for Zilin and embody the spirit of Zilin's striving. It is our fortune to live in this great era, and it is our responsibility to create a noble cause. Each role model, like a monument, vividly illustrates how Zilin family members should take on responsibilities in Zilin's development. We should use the power of these examples to ignite the passion of Zilin's family members for hard work, transforming their daring, selfless, and unregretful spirit into our driving force, working together for Zilin's continued brilliance.

 

 

In his annual work report, the chairman emphasized that 2019 is the year of Zilin's rise. All employees must continue to practice the company's pledge, fully implement the company's business decisions and development spirit, adhere to the work principles of pragmatism, thrift, diligence, innovation, and unity, and firmly establish the new development concept: "The simplest path is the best, and practical work is essential." This will inspire unity and a strong determination to implement plans, with the resolve to overcome obstacles and achieve victory. We will strive to overcome difficulties and challenges. Adapting to the new normal of private economic development in the new era, we will focus on improving development quality and efficiency, comprehensively improving brand influence, increasing sales revenue, upgrading quality control, standardizing financial management, improving production efficiency, ensuring safety prevention, and improving employee benefits to maintain strong and steady company development. "Heaven's movement is vigorous, and the gentleman strives ceaselessly; Earth's position is receptive, and the gentleman carries the weight of the world." Zilin will strive for the future with this spirit and vision.

The main tasks for 2019 are: increasing investment to address insufficient production capacity; achieving record-high sales revenue; further enhancing the company's core competitive advantages; exploring the development of the cultural tourism industry; and continuing to reduce costs and enhance overall competitiveness.

The beautiful dreams of the world can only be realized through honest labor; the various difficulties in development can only be overcome through honest labor; and all the glories in life can only be achieved through honest labor. In the new year, we will seize the opportunity of 40 years of reform and opening up and the development of the private economy, working together to create new miracles in the development of China's vinegar industry and celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China.
