The company regards the physical health of its employees as the foundation for good production work. Through health checkups, employees can “be well-informed” about their own health conditions. Considering the characteristics of manufacturing enterprises, and to ensure that both production and checkups are not affected, the trade union formulated a "staggered checkup plan" two weeks in advance: production workshops, using work teams as units, implemented "morning shift checkups + mid-shift replacements" assembly line operations; administrative departments adopted a rotational checkup system to ensure that production and operation and health care are "both guaranteed".

"Health checkups are not the end point, but the starting point of health management." Trade union chairman Cao Yuliang introduced that the company will subsequently establish a "three-dimensional health management system": establish personal electronic health records (including comparisons of health checkup data over the years), set up workshop health corners (equipped with first-aid kits, blood pressure monitors, etc.), and conduct quarterly health points competitions (linking checkup results with the degree of participation in cultural and sports activities). The results of this checkup will be incorporated into the food safety management system to ensure that employees 100% work with valid health certificates.
