Over the past year, while overcoming the challenges of the raging pandemic, we have maintained stable production, ensured market supply, and promoted performance growth. Zilin Vinegar Industry and Beijing Yingxiaoli Marketing have achieved remarkable results in comprehensive marketing improvement. Adhering to the mission of "not giving up an inch of ground in old markets and fighting for every inch of ground in new markets," Zilin's sales and marketing department has expanded and continued to grow its sales market. New breakthroughs have been achieved in the market development of white vinegar, rice vinegar, cooking wine, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sesame paste. Vinegar products have been exported to countries such as the United States, South Korea, Canada, Mongolia, Australia, and Cuba, and sales have reached new highs.

Over the past year, the company has contributed to the formulation and implementation of the "Shanxi Lao Chen Vinegar Protection Regulations" and the group standard for "Shanxi Vinegar Classification"; the company successfully completed the industry's first "Shanxi Fine Products" certification; and the company successfully completed the first batch of food authenticity quality certifications (FA certifications) in the Shanxi vinegar industry. The Shanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Vinegar Fermentation Science and Engineering, jointly built by the company and universities and research institutions such as Jiangnan University, Tianjin University of Technology, Shanxi University, Shanxi Agricultural University, and the Shanxi Provincial Institute of Biology, was completed and put into use; medicinal and food homologous functional vinegars such as Eucommia ulmoides and Tartary buckwheat vinegar, Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula vinegar, and Qingke vinegar were successfully launched.

Over the past year, the company has adhered to the principle of "safety first, prevention first, and comprehensive management," continuously promoting the control of safety production, promoting and implementing the safety production responsibility system, strengthening the investigation and rectification of safety risks and hazards, and increasing the intensity of safety production inspections and publicity and education training.
