On July 31, a signing ceremony for the Shanxi Vinegar Brewing Microbial Resource Preservation and Information Sharing Platform Construction Project was held at our company. Professor Wang Rufu from Shanxi Agricultural University and Mr. Yan Yufeng, Deputy General Manager of our company, signed the agreement on site.

 

 

Shanxi Zilin Vinegar Co., Ltd. undertakes the construction of the "Shanxi Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center for Vinegar" (hereinafter referred to as the "Engineering Center") of the Shanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology. The Zilin Vinegar Microbial Culture Resource (MCRZV) platform, affiliated with the Engineering Center, is the first microbial resource preservation and information sharing platform for Shanxi aged vinegar. The MCRZV platform is dedicated to the protection, sharing, and sustainable utilization of microbial resources for vinegar brewing. It focuses on the needs of Shanxi aged vinegar biotechnology innovation and modern industrial development, exploring, discovering, and widely collecting microbial resources for vinegar brewing, and properly managing long-term preservation. Under the premise of ensuring biosafety and protecting intellectual property rights, it provides microbial species resources, information resources, and professional technical services to the vinegar industry.

 

 

The construction project of the microbial resource preservation and information sharing platform for vinegar brewing is a good start for both parties. Both sides hope to take this cooperation as an opportunity to further strengthen communication, enhance cooperation, and achieve common development.
