On March 10, 2019, the first meeting of the members of the Qingxu Vinegar Industry Association was held at our company. Government officials including Wu Xiaojun, Deputy County Head of Qingxu County; officials from the Qingxu County Market Supervision Bureau; and officials from the Qingxu County Agricultural Bank attended the meeting, along with representatives from 45 member vinegar production companies.

 

 

Wu Xiaojun, Deputy County Head of Qingxu County, delivered instructions on behalf of the Qingxu County Committee and the County Government regarding the Association's recent work.

 

 

Luo Jianchun, President of the Association, gave a speech on the work carried out since the establishment of the Association and the work plan for 2019. With the 100th National Sugar and Wine Commodities Fair approaching, Qingxu vinegar companies will be making a collective appearance, upholding the Association's principles of "inheritance, standardization, and development," and implementing the strategic planning and layout of the Qingxu County Committee and the County Government in the development of the vinegar industry. Through the Association platform, the Qingxu vinegar industry will foster consensus, unite strength, work together with one heart and mind, and strive for the development of the vinegar industry, working to strengthen the Qingxu vinegar industry and contributing to the economic and social development of Qingxu, the "Vinegar Capital".

 

 

This meeting announced "Measures for the Inheritance, Standardization, and Development of the Qingxu Vinegar Industry." It called on Qingxu vinegar companies to collect and compile cases of counterfeit, substandard, and imitation products using the names "Shanxi Vinegar," "Qingxu Vinegar," and other well-known vinegar brands, to facilitate future cooperation with relevant functional departments in combating counterfeit and substandard products and purifying the market. A unified minimum tax-inclusive ex-factory price standard for Qingxu vinegar was also released, with participating member units signing a letter of commitment on site.
