On May 22, 2019, the event was jointly organized by the Vinegar Professional Committee and Seasoning Wine Professional Committee of the China Condiment Association, the Qingxu County People's Government, undertaken by the Qingxu County Vinegar Industry Association, and co-organized by the Shanxi Provincial Vinegar Industry Association.

 

On May 22, 2019, the 2019 China Vinegar and Seasoning Wine Industry Innovation and Development Forum was held in Taiyuan, Shanxi. This forum was jointly organized by the Vinegar Professional Committee and Seasoning Wine Professional Committee of the China Condiment Association, and the Qingxu County People's Government; undertaken by the Qingxu County Vinegar Industry Association; and co-organized by the Shanxi Vinegar Industry Association. It was supported by Shanxi Zilin Vinegar Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Hengshun Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Shuita Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd., Shanxi Lao Chen Vinegar Group Co., Ltd., Taiyuan Ninghuafu Yiyuangqing Vinegar Industry Co., Ltd., Beijing Ershang Wang Zhihe Food Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Hexian Food Technology Co., Ltd. Over 300 people attended, including heads of well-known vinegar and seasoning wine companies nationwide, technical experts, distributors, and representatives from catering companies. They gathered to discuss innovation and upgrading strategies for the vinegar and seasoning wine industries, contributing ideas to empower industry development.

The special speech session included interpretations of standards from national food-related departments, discussions on technological innovation from research institutions, and presentations from representatives of well-known vinegar and seasoning wine companies sharing their experiences in industrial innovation and development. The presentations offered novel perspectives and rich content. The strong collaboration and in-depth exchanges between the vinegar and seasoning wine sub-industries facilitated deeper dialogue and understanding between the two sectors.
