The new campus of the preschool teacher's school is located in Qingxu County, only ten kilometers away from the company. Qingxu has long been known for the sayings, “Shanxi has always been famous for its vinegar, and its origins can be traced back to Qingxu,” and “Half of the history of Chinese cuisine is written in the history of vinegar brewing in Qingxu.” Vinegar is representative of Qingxu, and Zilin Vinegar is representative of Qingxu vinegar. Studying and living in Qingxu, the vinegar capital, and visiting vinegar enterprises to learn about vinegar culture, the students all showed great curiosity and interest.

Zilin Vinegar Industry is a national AAAA-level tourist attraction, themed around "Vinegar Culture Museum," "Vinegar and Health," and "Modern Vinegar Industry." It combines the display of over 4000 years of international and Chinese vinegar history and culture, vinegar techniques, and vinegar health experiences. This practical activity provided students with a perfect experience of seeing, hearing, tasting, and learning.

Our professional interpreters gave a detailed explanation of the history and culture of vinegar from the time of Emperor Yao to the present, spanning 4000 years. Students visited the Zilin Vinegar production workshop and museum, learning about the "steaming, fermentation, smoking, dripping, and aging" brewing techniques of Shanxi aged vinegar, which have been passed down for 400 years. They experienced the rich aroma and tangy taste of vinegar in the aging workshop and vinegar cellars.

 

 

 

 

 

After visiting the vinegar production line and smelling the strong aroma of vinegar, the students were amazed by the hundreds of vinegar products and various exquisite packaging in the product exhibition area. Zilin fruit vinegar became the star product of the day, and everyone praised it after tasting it.
